Q: How to naturally cure Asthma?
For children with acute attack during night time or where there are no doctors or while traveling, how to cure acute asthma attack in kids.
A: There is NO CURE for ASTHMA… but if asthma attacks happens… Beta 2 agonists medications (e.g. Ventolin) must be ready, and to prevent sudden attacks to happen, inhaled steroids (beclomethasone) must be always taken thrice a day…
Hope it was helpful for you…
Q: how can i cure my asthma naturally?
herbal medicine
A: you can’t cure it naturally BUT you can treat a MILD attack naturally… I do mine as much as possible. Orange Juice works well. Drink a glass of it when you feel an attack comming on. If you don’t feel better after about half the glass then use your inhaler but typically the oj works for me. (and since some may thinks this is crazy, the juice is cold and soothes irritation and other parts of it help, I won’t get into all that)
Q: Is The A Cure For Mild Asthma?
I have quite mild asthma, but every now and then (when the weather changes) the wheeze comes back… I’ve never had an asthma attack but sometimes it gets hard to breathe of course.
I pretty much need a cure as i am looking to join the RAF soon!
I also ride quite long distance but would running be a better way to improve/cure my asthma?
Can anyone suggest any ways that they have helped/cured their asthma naturally?
A: Sorry … you do not “cure” asthma …
I am not aware of any natural remedies that consistently provide relief of symptomology
Q: How can I control my asthma naturally without using drugs?
I’ve suffered with asthma since childhood. I’ve convinced that it can’t be cured. I’ve learned to live with it but I’m sick of using inhalers and taking medication. Are there any safe and effective natural treatments for asthma that will control attacks and breathing without the use of drugs or inhalers?
A: A long time friend of mine has had asthma since she was a child. She battles with it to this day. I did a little research online and I found an article of a woman telling her story on how she controls her asthma condition naturally.
In the article she talks about changing her diet, eliminating preservatives and simply eating more healthy overall. She stopped consuming diary products. She then went on to limit or completely stop taking her medications that often had bad side effects. It seems like the combination of diet, exercise and cutting off medications contributed to her controlling her asthma naturally.
If you can identify what causing your asthma attacks, you can change your lifestyle and your asthma should improve. My friend, for example, eats what she wants, doesn’t exercise…there’s no wonder that she suffers from frequent asthma attacks! She’s very dependent on her medication and simply suffers even more from the side effects.
I think it’s great that you desire controlling your asthma naturally. I hope I’ve been of some help. You can read more of the woman’s story in the article which also includes professional advice from doctor. I’m going to email my stubborn girlfriend the article.

Q: Beware of people with Muscles and asthma inhalers? I guess…? (details)?
Check out this Yahoo News article….
http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070501/sc_nm/genes_dogs_dc
Essentially it is about a rare mutation that makes your lungs smaller, but causes you to grow a LOT of muscle, courtesy of stopping something called *myostatin*.
The Question is two fold here:
–Do you *know* anyone like this, generally speaking? As in someone with a *lot* of muscle on their body naturally who also seems to have asthma or allergy problems (with breathing, or doing cardio)?
–If you had the choice, would *you* like to wind up like this? Researchers are working on drugs that would also shut down this myostatin and have much the same effects–giving you 20-50% more lean muscle mass whether you work out or not, but at the expense of lung capacity. Just search for the phrase “myostatin inhibitors” at:
http://www.sciencenews.org/
I’m just curious…researchers are doing this to cure diseases, but the abuse potential is there. ^_^
My apologies if the Question is a bit dry and technical…I posted it here because I thought the Yahoo News article did a fairly spiffy job of explaining thing’s in ordinary, non-techie terms, and also because I thought, since I am looking for *opinions*, why not get the biggest honking audience possible? ^_^
What I was getting at is, researchers are looking for ways to do this thing, inhibiting myostatin and letting muscle *grow wild*, so to speak, as a way to treat wasting diseases like muscular dystrophy. Thing is, like steroids before them, any treatment along these lines is most likely also going to be toyed with by athletes looking for that “edge” in sports where endurance doesn’t matter so much (powerlifting, sprinting, anything where you *go* a few minutes, then *rest* a few, like football or boxing).
So we are going to see folks like this. I was just seeing if this notion bothered anyone else besides me. ^_^
A: I’m a singer in a band I think I’ll build the muscle the hard way. lol
